Potentially very useful if we can load checklists eg bar opening checklist onto Savvy and allows the staff to run through them. Checklist could be completed by anyone of certain role or individual. For example we have checklists for each bar, but also a whole building one and then periodic checks of toilets. System would log who checked what when, ability to add comments eg faults noted and ideally upload photos as proof or photo of fault.
We also have weekly or monthly tasks that need to be completed eg line cleaning.
This could lead into a who issue logging aspect where all staff can log faults/issues with photos which managers can progress.
Even better would be to allow the duty manager to upload documents eg Z reports so we have a complete collection of checklists, reports and so on for the night/event.
