This is one of the most requested features at the moment; the ability to run more comprehensive appraisals via StaffSavvy.
This is already possible using the Personnel Records however the feedback we've had is that it's not flexible enough and needs to include a better management process.
This is a very early list of possible features so please provide as much detail on the items you like, don't like or things we're missing!
Detailed question-led forms
Ability to request a form be completed before the appraisal by the staff member
Complete a form by an "manager". This can be set to be either their line manager or team leader
Line manager approval. This will either be their line manager's manager or line manager
Automatic reminders to complete every X months with reports on non-compliance
Sounds to be an ideal feature! The only additions we can think of would perhaps be the ability to extend an appraisal period (as an interim measure before approving the document) and the ability for both the employee and manager to review the document at any time.
